Sara has a strong background in research and livestock medicine with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology, Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and an OVMLB Registered Veterinary Technician licensure. Here at CFAH she manages the unit’s specific pathogen free (SPF) layer turkey flock and various research facilities. Sara has represented CFAH on the CFAES Staff Advisory Council and continues her community volunteering and advocacy within the Ohio Farm Bureau and the Ohio Rural Health Association. She is currently pursuing her Master of Clinical Research through The Ohio State University's Graduate School.
